Gaining the Maximum Scent Throw
For maximum scent throw, candles should be allowed to burn for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
After smelling the same scent for a period of time, our noses grow accustomed to the scent and
we no longer really notice the smell. Therefore, burning the same scented candle will not
continue to be pleasant over a period of time because you will no longer notice its scent.
To provide your nose with a continuous flow of pleasant smells, you should purchase several
different scented candles and alternate between them. This way, you will be sure to always
have a great candle or tart scent to scent!
